How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
We’re a good fit if you:
understand that therapy is a process and want to commit to the journey
are willing to look at the part you play in relationships
are open to trying new things
are motivated to make changes to improve your life
enjoy opening up and communicating about your inner thoughts
are looking to grow and willing to have moments where you feel uncomfortable
are curious to explore and learn more about yourself
are open to a holistic approach where we examine the mind-body connection
It’s not the best fit if you:
are unwilling to look at the part you play in life and relationships
are struggling with severe depression
are experiencing ongoing suicidal ideation or engaging in self-harming behaviors
have an active eating disorder
are engaging in heavy substance use
are not able to commit to weekly therapy for at least 3 months
are not willing to practice exercises in between sessions
believe your mind and body aren’t inner related

Like most specialty providers, I am an out-of-network provider, which means, at this time, I am not in-network with insurance. However, I’m happy to provide you with the necessary documentation needed to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to determine your out-of-network coverage and individual benefits. Typically, clients with out-of-network benefits receive 60-80% reimbursement of the session fee once their deductible has been met.

Investment per session:
Individual 45-minute session fees range from $200 - $275, depending on the clinician you are working with.
Group therapy fees range from $75-$90
I accept all major credit cards and HSA cards as forms of payment. Payment is done through a convenient and secure online platform.
Payment is due in full at the time of service.

There are limited sliding-scale slots available, based on financial need.

The full fee is charged for missed sessions or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Intake session: 60 minutes
Ongoing individual sessions: 45 minutes
Group therapy sessions: 75 minutes

Sessions will be held weekly in order to give you the results and progress you are looking for and create an effective working relationship. We may decide to meet more frequently in some instances, depending on your unique needs.
Sessions are conducted through a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform for your convenience.
