Let’s dig deep to find your own insight to help you live the life you want.

A Personalized Appoarch

Psychotherapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Each person’s journey is unique, and we will work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. It's essential for my clients to receive individualized treatment for issues ranging from dating and marriage, anxiety, family relationships, communication skills, life transitions, perfectionism, to trauma and PTSD. At RM Psychotherapy, we are dedicated to helping you navigate these challenges and achieve your personal goals through a holistic and integrative approach.

Meet the Team

Rebecca Marcus, LCSW

If you’re looking to grow and heal from life's challenges and learn how to thrive, you’re in the right place. I’m passionate about empowering millennial women to overcome their worries and fears and create meaningful, lasting change to live the life they want. Together, we will explore “the why” behind patterns and behaviors while also working to improve, shift and change them.

For nearly a decade I’ve been working with my clients to guide and support them to develop self-awareness and build effective coping skills. I’m passionate about helping women break free from anxiety and stress, while accessing their inner resilience, strength, and wisdom. If you are ready to find a new sense of confidence, enjoy fulfilling and meaningful relationships, and have purpose and joy in your life, I’m here to help you get there.

When I’m not working, I enjoy practicing yoga, drawing, spending time in nature, and connecting with friends and family.

I’d love to chat with you! Schedule a consultation so we can start a conversation.

Are you a Gen-Z or Millennial woman facing challenges related to living in the modern digital world? Whether it be a life transition, anxiety, or depression, I offer a space to help you work through whatever you may be going through. Together we can help you overcome these issues, by looking at what has shaped you in the past, while working through managing the present.

For the past few years, I have worked with people alike dealing with different life stressors including, but not limited to, dating, anxiety, depression, job transitions, and postpartum issues, both individually and in a group setting. Through personal and professional experience, I am enthusiastic about helping millennial and Gen-Z women navigate the dating scene, building self-esteem, and boosting self-confidence.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, spending time with my friends and family, and exploring the NYC restaurant scene.
