For nearly a decade I’ve been working with my clients to guide and support them to develop self-awareness and build effective coping skills. I’m passionate about helping women break free from anxiety and stress, while accessing their inner resilience, strength, and wisdom. When I’m not working, I enjoy practicing yoga, drawing, spending time in nature, and connecting with friends and family.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Fine Arts and Disaster Studies from the State University of New York at New Paltz

  • Masters of Social Work from New York University Silver School of Social Work

  • Post-graduate training at the Family Institute and the School of Psychotherapy in Israel: Expressive Arts Therapy, Play Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy

  • Post-graduate training at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute at New York Counseling and Guidance Services

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Level 1 Certification, EMDRIA

  • Reiki Master, Certified Levels 1, 2, 3

I previously treated addictions and other co-occurring disorders as part of the Outpatient program at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in New York. I also worked with adolescents and young adults at SoHo CBT+ Mindfulness Center.

I practice multi-theoretically, grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness as well as integrating attachment-based theory through a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens.
