As an integrative and holistic Dating + Relationship therapist on the Upper East Side, I help Millennial and Gen Z women navigate dating, relationships, trauma, and anxiety. I’m passionate about empowering women to overcome their worries and fears and create meaningful, lasting change to live the life they want. Together, we will explore “the why” behind patterns and behaviors while also working to improve, shift, and change them.
For over a decade, I’ve been working with my clients to guide and support them in developing self-awareness and building effective coping skills. I’m passionate about helping women break free from anxiety and stress while accessing their inner resilience, strength, and wisdom. If you are ready to find a new sense of confidence, enjoy fulfilling and meaningful relationships, and have purpose and joy in your life, I’m here to help you get there.
Much of my Relationship therapy work builds on the same attachment, communication, and emotional patterns that show up while dating on the Upper East Side.
When I’m not working, I enjoy practicing yoga, drawing, spending time in nature, and connecting with friends and family.

I practice multi-theoretically, grounded in evidence-based orientations such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory-informedtherapy, Parts Work (IFS), and Somatic Mindfulness practices. I also integrate attachment-based theory through a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens.

I operate from a position that a rich life depends upon having greater access to our inner world. This includes our most complex and difficult thoughts and feelings, as well as understanding the impact our experiences have had on our minds and bodies. I aim to create a warm, authentic connection with her clients that is free of judgment and oriented around individual needs.
Utilizing both Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Person-centered approaches, I help individuals explore and accept the various parts of themselves, tolerate challenging emotions, gain insight into behavioral patterns showing up in life and relationships, and develop effective coping mechanisms to create meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with people, as well as dancing, painting, cooking, and being in nature. You can see some of my art here.
