I help Millennial and Gen Z break toxic dating cycles + attract emotionally secure + attached love.

I grew up on Disney movies, rom-coms, and fairy tales, which made me believe love was supposed to be simple. But like many women, I learned the hard way that dating…especially in NYC, can feel overwhelming, confusing, and emotionally draining. For over a decade, I’ve helped women break toxic patterns, understand their attachment styles, heal their nervous systems, and build relationships that truly feel good. My style is integrative, warm, authentic, and validating. My goal is to make therapy feel human and supportive, not clinical or intimidating.
