Rates & Insurance: FAQ

  • Like most specialty providers, I am an out-of-network provider, which means, at this time, I am not in-network with insurance. However, I’m happy to provide you with the necessary documentation needed to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to determine your out-of-network coverage and individual benefits. Typically, clients with out-of-network benefits receive 60-80% reimbursement of the session fee once their deductible has been met.

    Please check with your health insurance company to determine the procedures for submission and its reimbursement rates for individual psychotherapy (specifically, CPT code 90791 for the initial visit and CPT code 90834 for subsequent 45-50 minute sessions). Couple and family therapy has the CPT code of 90847.

  • Investment per session:

    Individual 45-minute session fees range from $200-$225 for prelicensed therapists (LMSW), $250 -$280 for independently licensed therapists (LCSW)

    Group therapy fees range from $75-$90

    There are limited sliding-scale slots available, based on financial need.

    We accept all major credit cards and HSA cards as forms of payment. Payment is done through a convenient and secure online platform.

    Payment is due in full at the time of service.

  • The full fee is charged for missed sessions or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Intake session: 60 minutes

    Ongoing individual sessions: 45 minutes

    Group therapy sessions: 75 minutes

  • Sessions will be held weekly in order to give you the results and progress you are looking for and create an effective working relationship. We may decide to meet more frequently in some instances, depending on your unique needs.

    Sessions are conducted through a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform for your convenience.

  • In Anxiety therapy we will work on:

    • People Pleasing

    • Nervous system dysregulation

    • Irritability and overwhelm

    • Stress and burnout

    • Difficulty relaxing or staying present

  • In EMDR therapy we will work on:

    • Attachment trauma

    • Childhood emotional neglect

    • Relational trauma

    • Highly sensitive nervous systems

    • Break up trauma

    • Additional somatic techniques for deeper emotional healing

  • Group therapy is a supportive, intimate therapy space for individuals who want to feel calmer, more confident, and more grounded. Group therapy brings together members with shared experiences:

    In these groups, we will work on:
    • Calming your nervous system and reducing overthinking
    • Understanding triggers and emotional reactions
    • Building boundaries, communication, and social skills
    • Strengthening self-worth and inner trust
    • Recovering from heartbreak, managing and improving rejection sensitivity, or social burnout
    • Choosing healthier, more aligned relationships

    Group therapy helps you feel supported, seen, and understood by others who “get it.” You will gain insight into your patterns, practice secure connection in real time, and learn to show up with more clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.
