How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

We’re a good fit if you:

  • understand that therapy is a process and want to commit to the journey

  • are willing to look at the part you play in relationships 

  • are open to trying new things

  • are motivated to make changes to improve your life 

  • enjoy opening up and communicating about your inner thoughts

  • are looking to grow and willing to have moments where you feel uncomfortable

  • are curious to explore and learn more about yourself

  • are open to a holistic approach where we examine the mind-body connection

It’s not the best fit if you:

  • are unwilling to look at the part you play in life and relationships

  • are struggling with severe depression

  • are experiencing ongoing suicidal ideation or engaging in self-harming behaviors

  • have an active eating disorder

  • are engaging in heavy substance use

  • are not able to commit to weekly therapy for at least 3 months

  • are not willing to practice exercises in between sessions

  • believe your mind and body aren’t intrinsically related
